Matcha protein overnight oats

today I’ll share you one recipe for overnight oats. it is vegan, gluten-free, and sugar free!!

I have tried overnight oats long before, but atm it wasn’t my thing. When I tried it again on meatless Monday, I found it too great….If you are looking for something for meal-prep but still delicious one, try overnight oats!!

The first recipe will be matcha protein overnight oats, since I literally love matcha and protein 🍵💚

the protein powder, which i have been wanting for a long period, is from ultra foods and i was deeply impressed by how ethical and delicious it was!! its protein mainly came from peas, sprouted brown rice, and sacha inchi. also its flavor came from natural ingredients. that means it is completely vegan, organic and of course body-friendly.

matcha protein overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oatmeal
  • 10g protein
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100ml soy milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana

For toppings

  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • coconut fine

Instraction

-In a bowl, mash 1/2 banana. Add all the ingredients and mix well. put the bowl into the refrigrator and chill it overnight.

-next mornig, put the bowl from the refrigirator and decorate it as you like. this time i drop some slices of bananas and coconut fine.
