Hello!

I’m Kinako living in Japan🇯🇵. My passion is to spread vegan Japanese food to the world.

When I was a little kid, I loved eating cakes which my mother baked on weekends. This inspired me to bake like her and I developed my passion for cooking.

In 2020, since I had almost no school because of the pandemic, there was plenty of time to pursue my passion. I got interested in using some vegan and gluten-free food, for the sake of me and my family’s health, at first.

Then I came to realize how instagram-friendly, easy, and delicious they are. I saw no reason to stop this eating habit, so I created my instagram account to share my recipes and ingredients to the world to show a version of vegan Japanese cooking. Non-vegans are welcomed also!
